DCI MINDEN LA

This project involved the construction of a 10,861-square-foot, two-story freestanding building to house an outpatient dialysis clinic, dialysis home program, and tenant space. The facility featured 16 treatment stations and one private treatment station designed specifically for blood-borne infection cases.

Situated in an urban setting adjacent to historically significant buildings, the design was carefully crafted to complement the existing architectural styles. The site’s natural topography was strategically utilized to provide ground-level access to both stories, ensuring barrier free entry at each front door.
