This project involved the construction of a 9,396-square-foot freestanding building to house an outpatient end-stage renal dialysis clinic, along with site development and utility improvements. The one-story structure was built with a steel frame and light gauge metal framing, featuring a low-slope roof, drive-thru canopy, and a brick and EIFS exterior finish.

The facility included 16 treatment stations, including one private treatment station specifically designed for blood-borne infection cases. Additionally, a home training suite was provided, featuring three separate care areas. No reuse or reprocessing was conducted on-site, and all necessary water treatment equipment was installed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
