This project involved the construction of a 9,420-square-foot freestanding outpatient dialysis clinic. The facility featured fifteen dialysis stations and one private treatment room, specifically designed for blood-borne infection cases.

The clinic also included one exam room, two home training rooms, a water treatment room, offices, a waiting room, a lab, a conference room, toilet facilities, a staff lounge, and storage space, ensuring a well-equipped and efficient healthcare environment.

The clinic is located on the campus for the local hospital system, and was designed to compliment the existing hospital style and colors.
